Sydney!

I was in a rather posh area of the plane on the way to Hong Kong, which was my stop-off on the way to Sydney. I don't think it was an upgrade but it seemed to have comfy seats good leg room, which was a bit of a luxury. At Hong Kong I had a browse at the "Free Duty" :-P . The flight transfer went OK, for the first time :-) .

The journey was pretty grim on the Qantas flight to Sydney, it was cramped and pretty stuffy on board, so I didn't get as much sleep as I needed. But I got to Sydney, got my massive rucksack immediately and got on a Shuttle to my hostel...the "BIG Hostel". It was slightly strange, on my way to the Hostel the first taxi I noticed to look at was a taxi from the St. George's company, and then I looked up and we were on George St., and also I had my t-shirt on which said " Saint George" on it. It was kinda weird but I got over that pretty quickly.

Anyway, I got there OK, messed up my room as per usual and then left to go exploring round Sydney.

I walked down Elizabeth Street, through Hyde Park, and then stumbled across the Sydney Opera House, which I learnt was yesterday (This is what the boat tour guide man said) was announced to be one of the man made wonders of the world. Seems a bit weird seeing as it just had it's 70Th anniversary but oh well.

I jumped on a boat for $30 which took me all around the harbour, under the Sydney Harbour Bridge which was amazing! You could see all the crazy people walking over the bridge, the guide said it would cost the equivalent of about 100lbs, so I decided to give it a miss and go under the bridge instead =D .

I then headed back to the hostel and then came here to the interweb Cafe to update my bloggy blog.

Wow sounds like you are having a wonderful time!! Mum and I are here writing and we are very jealous of you :oD

Mum misses you loads (of course!), and says that I am not a good replacement for her boy :oP

It's Friday evening and we are just about to have a roast dinner, mum's put a plate for you in the oven. She asked me to tell you to take care on your matey trip.

The pictures are wonderful, i especially like the one of the bridge with the sun either on it's way up or down...looks very professional indeed. Keep taking lots more!

I'm back from uni, gaz and I drove up and got home at 6:30, the traffic was rubbish so took us ages. I got my marks back for this year, I got 66 average. In my 4 modules I got 66, 66, 67, 65 (but I haven't completed that last one yet), so I'm really pleased. Also, we've decided what rooms we are staying in next year, and unfortunately i'm in the one to the right of the front door as you go in. It's not the worst room, neither is it the best, but never mind. I'm happy, and hopefully I'll make it nice anyway!

We miss you all lots, dad says hello because he's home too!!! I love you loads chubster, keep in touch, i'm liking the bloggeredey bloggage.

Love you,
Chazza x x x (and mumerina and fatso)
